From the game box: "A fun game for children that stresses the basics of good hygiene and nutrition necessary for cold prevention! A must for parents, educators, nurses and everyone concerned about the health of our children. Each player strives to be the first to reach the Sniffle-Free Land. If he lands on a yellow space he must pick up a card, read it aloud and answer truthfully. The card teach the basics of rest, nutrition and good hygiene." Each card has directions to advance or go back a certain number of spaces depending on if the player did or didn't perform the action. The number of spaces moved is relative to how important the behavior is to cold prevention.
