Real Math is a product of the Open Court Mathematics and Science Cirriculum Development Center Real Math games provide practice. They give the students a means of becoming proficient in the mathematical skills to which they've been introduced. Most Real Math games do more. They give students a chance to work out mathematical ideas and strategies." "Response cubes are numbered cubes from which any integer from 0 through 100 can be formed. Students use these cubes to generate numbers in games and to show answers during response cube exercises." There are four kinds of response cubes: red 0-5 units cube (two in this set) red 5-10 units cube (two in this set) yellow 0-5 tens cube (one in this set) yellow 5-10 tens cube (one in this set) "Students use response cubes (usually two 0-5 units cubes and two 5-10 units cubes) to generate numbers for playing many of the skill-specific games in the Real Math program. Rules for nine of these games are included in this booklet."
