Food Chain is a trick-taking game for 3 or 4 players about the food chain in Japan. The game uses a pyramid type deck (two 2s, three 3s, etc.) It is a may follow game, where the lowest number in a trick wins. The non-winning players add the card they played to their food chain. Then, the non-winning players each pass a card from their hand to the winning player to add to their food chain. The game ends after 4 tricks. The players then check the points they earn or lose based upon their food chains, and the person with the most points wins.
