The King's influence has faded and the kingdom is in jeopardy of falling into chaos. Fortifications are in ruins and the villagers live in fear of the dragons that have come to reclaim the lands for their own. In Knights of the Realm you control an elite cast of Knights that have been charged with three tasks: to establish the village defenses, rebuild the castles and seek out and defeat the dragons. However, doing so is an expensive and dangerous undertaking; therefore tribute (gold) must be collected, strategic trades made and battles fought. But beware, the dragons do not give up their land so easily. So, remain strong, endure what you must and victory will be yours.
