Resort Hotel Manager is a competitive bidding / auction game with a hotel theme. Players act as resort hotel operators who bid to win guest booking requests, balancing budget, room class, and flexibility demands. Each round, a request card is revealed showing a guest s budget, minimum hotel rating, and optionally flexibility requirements. Players may (a) make an offer matching or under the budget, (b) outbid an open offer by another player, (c) peek at future request cards, (d) shuffle their offer cards, or (e) close a deal if they currently hold the winning bid.  Offers consist of an accommodation (Villa, Suite, or Room), a price, and optional flexibility. If a deal is closed, the offering player places the cards used for that deal onto the request and keeps them face up. If all a player s accommodation cards are already engaged but they hold a winning open offer, they must close one deal. When a cancellation request is flipped, all open deals requiring flexibility are cancelled and cards returned; any closed flexible requests are also voided. Goal: Over the course of the game, players attempt to win the most money by making optimal offers—winning requests at profitable prices while avoiding overbidding or being outbid. The player with the highest total earnings wins.
