Description

The rules are designed to recreate the small clashes that took place in the Italian wars of independence, from the unfortunate undertaking of King Joachim Murat s Tolentino (1815), to the Third War of Independence (1866). It focuses on the War of 1848. It simulates clashes that involve the use of forces from a platoon to two infantry companies on each side, with small cavalry and artillery elements to support. It includes scenarios: Ponte di Goito – 8 April 1848 The charge of Pastrengo – 30 April 1848 Night raid: raiders attempt to destroy some artillery positions under construction... Scale 1 soldier = 1 real soldier Rules designed for 1/72 but adaptable to 28mm or 15mm Rules in Italian
