A semi-cooperative game that replicates Habitat for Humanity's work, as players compete to be the first to finish three homes for low-income families while not depriving other players of the resources they would need to finish their own projects post-game. A truly co-operative variant also requires all houses to be finished on time. Proceeds from the sale of the game went to support the efforts of Habitat for Humanity in Cape Breton, where the game is set.
