Offshore simulates one of the world's great ocean yacht races - the AWA Sydney - Hobart Bluewater Classic. Using charts, dice, instruments, cards and calculator, each player tries to get his or her yacht to Hobart first. This game has a combination of skill and luck. And just like the real Sydney Hobart there is a line honours winner - the first boat to cross the finishing line, and a Corrected Time Winner - the winner on handicap. The game may be played at two speeds - standard and fast.
