These are 25mm scale skirmish level rules sold by Lamming Miniatures which include both campaign rules and man to man battle rules encompassing sieges and naval combat. The campaign rules are interesting in that each army begins by sailing their forces to an unexplored island where they explore and expand, manage finances, handle supplies and exports, deal with treachery and eventually the conquest of the other player's territories.
