It is time for the Festival of Tokens – a ritualistic challenge where the faithful compete for the favour of ancient gods. You are a High Priest of the Stars, leader to many and one of the competitors. During the opening ceremonies (setup), the amount of tribute demanded by the gods (goal) is revealed. This will vary depending on how many priests (players) are competing. Every day (turn), you will seek idols (god cards) scattered across the field (deck) or steal them from other priests. During the festival, all tactics (action + utility cards) are allowed! You may pillage, sneak, hoard and block others from gaining ground. Press your luck and collect as many sets of idols (tokens) as you can before time runs out (all cards are discarded). At the end of each month (round), all idols collected are tallied and standings revealed to all competitors. The priest to reach or surpass the tribute demanded by the gods, wins their favour (game).
